1. First of all, Santa lives in Finland not Canada so the incorrect mapping was a minor turn off, you have to pay for literally everything (which many people can't due to covid) and worst of all the calls are pre - recorded and you can't speak to him (hence the name of the app) and if you schedule a face time / video call he either doesn't call at all or the times flip, I set up a call for 3pm and got woken up at 3am.

2. I paid for the service to add my children's name and the app freezes hasn't ever once saved anything I add , haven't been able to do one video call and the app is Soo slow and laggy it takes legitimately a few minutes after pressing the button once for it to even go to the next step.

3. This year, I couldn't figure out how to get the video call from the sleigh, but we did a voice one and it was fine - got my kids to hurry up and get to bed!My first review was really negative.

4. Go for the lifetime subscription as you'll want to save all the precious memories of calls with Santa and your children's interactions with him from year to year.

5. THIS IS A MUST BUY ! The Santa is fantastic and your kids will love it.This has been one of our favorite family traditions with the kids since 2019.

6. Scheduled calls in twice which just froze after a few seconds and the one when we 'called Santa back' it talked through connection issues, but then froze straight after that! Very frustrating and my 4yo was really disappointed.

7. It only will show Santa and not a video of my kids.

8. Finally got the video call info set up, but every time I try the call, it freezes up and kicks me out of the app.

9. Last year I requested two names for them to add for two of my grandbabies and this year they were both on the list of names the app has.

10. I wouldn't waste your money seeing how badly it has gotten compared to last yearI had the iOS version for awhile before buying the full version.
