1. A Speak and Spell emulator for Android.
2. Speak and Spell is a children's educational toy from the 1980s and this app is simply for nostalgic sentiment.
1. 5 stars for the great job!I love speak and spell I used to have that in the 80s I enjoy it back then but even now thank you for making it here on cellphones it does exactly what it suppose to do same voice my suggestion is is it possible to add more spelling games on it it is so fun I hope you get 5 star rates because I see nothing wrong it works exactly as if i had the original device from the 80s it looks the same keep up with the updates maybe add more words to the computer vocabulary words so it don't repeat to muchThe nostalgia.
2. Could use Speak & Read with all modules and Speak & Math versions so young children can learn math and read words when school is out.I got this purely for nostalgia sake as it was a favorite toy and I thought my young adult kids would get a kick out of it since I used to talk about this all the time.
3. This is basically the toy turned into an app. It's literally a PERFECT RECREATION OF THE CLASSIC SPELLING GAME, complete with Texas Instruments text to speech algorithm voice.
4. The voice sounds true to the original, but I mainly decided to actually review because the dev put in a free "noadz" code in case you want to let a kid play with it without ads for them to click on and take them off the aps.
5. It brings me back fond memories of my childhood. The voice does not say the letter when repeated that needs to be fixed.
6. Just like the real thing, complete with the occasional unintelligible word due to the the low-resolution voice synthesizer chip.
7. The voice does not say the letter when it's in the Hangman ? puzzle game.
8. I'll definitely keep it download a while and keep the ads on when I use it.While confusing to someone who never experienced the original, the help guide is very handy, and this emulation is thoroughly satisfying.
9. Vocal doesn't sound great because I can't understand what is saying to spell.
10. just like I remember! thanks so much for bringing back great memories!Had the actual toy in the '90s.
11. Kudos for such streamlined execution of emulating a physical toy!I saw this old toy in a video on YouTube and thought there might be an app, and fortunately I was right.
