1. I am so thankful To have my gmail and icloud mail all on the same device and have my favorite Galaxy phone to boot!If I had my old Apple device I wouldn't need to download this app now, would I? However that's exactly what this thing asks you to so you can receive the code and that defeats the purpose doesn't so why bother.

2. however the other app syncdeck is working because the code i used before using that app was the code sent thru sms which was different to the code sent to my icloud emailI like it, I switched to android and most my stuff was on icloud account, and I get all the emails, sometimes not in good time but it's okay I can deal with it.

3. Would be great if it synced in both directions (e.g., if I delete an e-mail from my Android device, it would delete it from my iCloud inbox as well, and the sent folder does not seem to contain anything sent before the date the app was installed.

4. Lets me log in/add account and after the two step authentication process and I enter the code that shows in my apple device, it brings me back to the log in page and says username/password incorrect.

5. It syncs very well, I just hate that I have to verify WITH my iPhone once trying to login, good thing I still have my phone but yeah everything else is good.I am pleasantly surprised to learn I can now get my apple account email on a samsung phone.

6. Thx SAGDisappointed! Although the app is easily installed, and verified (thro' an iCloud generated passcode), it simply does NOT serve the purpose to which an eMail app is expected to be put.

8. Fix your app lolI continuously get errors regarding it not being able to connect to the servers and wants me to update imap settings but only ever lets me login as I would normally.

9. I think it's pretty great, because it's on my android and I need to keep up with my iOS mail when I'm not on it.

10. However, it only syncs 20 emails at a time and as you get new emails the old ones disappear forever.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SyncCloud Mail Issues

1. Fix SyncCloud Mail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SyncCloud Mail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SyncCloud Mail App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SyncCloud Mail" » Open SyncCloud Mail for iMail » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SyncCloud Mail » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SyncCloud Mail for iMail app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SyncCloud Mail servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SyncCloud Mail for iMail" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SyncCloud Mail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SyncCloud Mail might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SyncCloud Mail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SyncCloud Mail then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SyncCloud Mail not working


2. Fix SyncCloud Mail Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SyncCloud Mail be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SyncCloud Mail not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SyncCloud Mail may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
