1. If you get to use this browser, you will find out this browser is the fastest speediest browser & certain games that you cannot use on other browsers will work on this one! HTML5 games work perfectly! As if you are running a standalone app, okay! so that's the good things.. now for the bad things.. you have to press on the search bar a couple of times for it to work, I don't think it's actually cloud as the IP is always the same as my IP & maybe incorporate Flash as this will be the best browserWhenever I open the browser, it freezes on the new tabs screen, and I can't type a URL in the search bar, open a new tab, or open up the options in the 3 dots button on the top right corner.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Cloud Browser Issues

1. Fix Cloud Browser Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Cloud Browser: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Cloud Browser App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cloud Browser" » Open Cloud Browser » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cloud Browser » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Cloud Browser app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cloud Browser servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cloud Browser" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Cloud Browser app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cloud Browser might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Cloud Browser. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cloud Browser then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cloud Browser not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cloud Browser be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
