1. I don't know that the app have a problem or my phone.... Once I'm in a meeting and for some reason I leave it then after a while when I try to join the meeting the app crash!!! Totally irritated by thisI signed up several time and clicked in the activation link but no password option and I put forget the password it telling account not exists... So all sign up process is failed.

2. Help to resolve it at earliest.Sound of meeting not comming and sometimes disconnected from server even if network speed is excellent....not recommend this app use Google meet for better online classess.Wonderful app resolved my many issues mainly Business issues.

3. I deletedAfter update, there is no option of Sign in or Host a meeting through IPVT10 server.

1. Fix IPVideoTalk Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IPVideoTalk: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IPVideoTalk App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IPVideoTalk" » Open IPVideoTalk » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IPVideoTalk » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IPVideoTalk app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IPVideoTalk servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IPVideoTalk" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IPVideoTalk app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IPVideoTalk might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IPVideoTalk. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IPVideoTalk then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IPVideoTalk not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IPVideoTalk be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IPVideoTalk not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IPVideoTalk may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
