1. Yeah ok! You seem to have no problem taking money from my credit card when I do validate it and sending me email confirmations but when it comes to paying with that same card, there's issues.I've heard great things about this app, and it does look super useful.

2. Their world class resolution center has become extremely careless.DONT DOWNLOAD Horrible customer service - waste of time asking for help if payment methods dont work.

3. Every single time you go back to the main page, or open the app, you get hit by a 3 second screen that won't dissapear -An amazing feature would be to be able to get notified when a restaurant is available.They allow fake restaurants on there that scam people out of money.

4. Don't waste your time or money with this app.I've been using Rappi off and on for a while and it was great until a friend suggested I used their ATM cash withdrawal service.

5. If you ever have a problem with the order or the restaurant, don't expect any attempts by Rappi to resolve the issue in any way or figure out what happened at all.

6. There are a number of other UX issues, but this is just an example of how they developers behind this app simply don't think about the user experience at all.This app used to be my favorite for delivery in colombia, especially when they added turbo services that is super fast.

7. Then I tried a normal rappi order (buy store items) and turns out that my account has been blocked.

8. So bad that it can't tell me what's wrong with my account... my card was charged for the verification process and it was correctly verified after filling in the last 3 numbers..and still got cancelled.

9. You can't leave a message for the delivery person until they arrive at the restaurant, so if you forget something (like to include the apartment number).

10. I have tried multiple credit cards, cancelled and reopened the account, different emails and nothing works.

11. I even upgraded to premium for priority customer service - no difference! No one tries to see what the problem is on their system.

1. Fix Rappi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rappi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rappi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rappi" » Open Rappi: Food Delivery, Grocery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rappi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rappi: Food Delivery, Grocery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rappi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rappi: Food Delivery, Grocery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rappi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rappi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rappi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rappi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rappi not working

2. Fix Rappi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rappi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rappi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rappi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
