Shuttle Customer Insights

1. New restaurants seem to be added weekly as well.Good options for delivery and has vast English options compared to other apps, only downside is it requires phone input for delivery service and if the app does not let you enter your phone number for whatever reason.

2. Live chat is HYPER helpful as its real time and all English.The most loveliest customer service I've ever encountered in my lifetime.

3. For some reason the app is suddenly giving me firstdata errors, I've tried reentering the card data several times and it works fine with the Shuttle website so it seems to be a problem on the app's end.

4. I spent a half hour just trying to enter my delivery location as Osan Air base and it never worked.

5. you have about 10 minutes to send your location to live chat before your order is cancelled and refunded.To many times they cancel the order after payment.

6. It seems extremely ridiculous that I have to confirm my address with them when I am the one that put my current location in the first place.

7. But, as far as I know, this is the only app that you can order from with foreign cards and without a local phone number.wouldn't recommend unless you have no other option.

8. They are extremely kind, help you out with perfect solutions, and generous! It is fantastic, the responses!! I had so many issues because of my card; however, these guys couldn't be nicer in helping me out.

9. App seems to be made for tourists you have to confirm your address with livechat with a real person, they thought I was in a hotel when I was not.

10. It's still a bit sluggish 😏 Hopefully you'll be able to get it fixed in the next update :)Up until recently my card has worked fine with the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Shuttle Issues

1. Fix Shuttle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Shuttle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Shuttle App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shuttle" » Open Shuttle » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shuttle » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Shuttle app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shuttle servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shuttle" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Shuttle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shuttle might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Shuttle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shuttle then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shuttle not working


2. Fix Shuttle Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shuttle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shuttle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shuttle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
