Compared to what else is out there nowadays this is a pretty poor app.seems to have trouble getting a verification code once one try's to register, nothing happens... got it to work on local WiFi but that is not good enough.. sofar not been able to check it on the net thats why one starCan't register for remote viewing.

2. The system i bought push this app to use with their system and that fact alone has me wanting to return the entire system.A totally useless application when one can't even register, numerous email send to developers but they seem to have gone fishingStopped working since on my s20.

3. Although relatively intuative it is still not as good as its predecessor, FreecamHDWas working for about a week, then suddenly stopped and unable to live view my cameras.

4. On my Huawei phone running Android 9 this app crashes between 1 and 10 times when trying to start it up.

5. So I only view when I'm on WiFi, which defeats the object.

6. Playback only shows current day, nothing before midnight.I dont write these, but this is the worse app ever.

7. As this is the only app compatible with my system I find that frustrating.

8. When it is running it is generally ok (but has crashed occasionally once connected to my system).

9. Picture quality is not good either.

10. Can only view on WiFi.

1. Fix FreeCamPro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FreeCamPro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FreeCamPro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FreeCamPro" » Open FreeCamPro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FreeCamPro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FreeCamPro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FreeCamPro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FreeCamPro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FreeCamPro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FreeCamPro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FreeCamPro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FreeCamPro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FreeCamPro not working

2. Fix FreeCamPro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FreeCamPro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FreeCamPro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FreeCamPro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
