Why should I report an Issue with Fridays?

1. The only reason I'm giving it an extra star is because it does function for looking up locations and viewing the menu.Disappointed. Every time I try to use the app I keep getting an error message that my email or password is incorrect.

2. UPDATE: Able to login but can't view the menu or online order.I have been trying to use this app for months but EVERY time I open it, it immediately closes.

3. Your rewards account and app and web accounts aren't linked and there's no way to link them, so you can't automatically apply your rewards to your order - this has been for years! Apparently you still have to give a print receipt or show your QR code to a server for redemption.

4. I love Fridays, but it's been years since any significant changes to the app has taken place!I love the app because it makes it easier to access my points and take advantage of them when I'm at the restaurant.

5. There are times when it works a little strange depending on the Wi-Fi at the restaurant but usually if I just choose to use my phone on my plan instead of with the Wi-Fi then it will work anyway.The app will not allow me to login for several months now.

6. Also the service at that Newburgh restaurant is slow, poor and food quality is lacking! Sad TGIF is no longer my FAVORITE!Good when it works.

7. And since the app does not give you the option to pay at the restaurant, only online, that means the server will have to reimburse you for the money you've spent online.

8. Overall it's very convenient to use, the interface is friendly, and has nice images for all their dishes, which is great; but unlike most restaurant apps today from established chains it has some catching up to do to improve user experience.

9. I've used a computer which works better but I can't carry my laptop to Fridays just to show my points .. a texting feature would be great.

10. I've noticed that there are a lot of similar complaints listed but nothing is being done to address this issue.I have never dealt with a more horrible app for a restaurant.

1. Fix Fridays Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fridays: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fridays App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fridays" » Open Fridays » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fridays » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fridays app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fridays servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fridays" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fridays app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fridays might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fridays. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fridays then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fridays not working

2. Fix Fridays Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fridays be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fridays not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fridays may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
