1. If I cannot have access to any videos, can I please have my money back?I downloaded the app 2 days ago paid to watch and now doesnt allow me to watch anything I spend the all day following all the steps to get it to work and nothing keeps showing that I'm not subscribed I press to pay again it says that I am but still doesn't allow me to watch anything im very disappointed with this app ... I even cleared all my data history to see if it worked and nothing the email to confirm my email took 4 hours to arrive and it was expired when I clicked .. just very badI have been trying to subscribe to be able to access a few shows and Brazilian volleyball through the sport tv channels.
2. It also doesn't allow you to watch and use the phone at the sabe time, the picture and picture feature would help.No subtitles, nor available with sound in another language other than Portugués.
3. I paid for 2 months, yet was unable to access any shows, even though I was signed in and clearly could see that I should be able to watch!! I emailed their customer support at least 4 times, they didn't bother to ever respond.
4. Very disappointed about this as there are Brazilian soap operas showing in many countries with subtitles or in the native language of the country it is being showed, like Spanish for example.We are so frustrating with Globoplay.
5. How can something so bad go into production? A core feature of the app, of any app, the account login and plan subscription verification, just doesn't work! You pay for a service and just can't use it because the app incorrectly identifies the account's plan and prevents you from using that service.
6. Unfortunately, I don't speak or understand enough to be able to watch something without at least subtitles.
7. I dont understand alot of things only some.I was finally able to pay but now the problem is, I still can't watch anything!!! It's still blocked, even though it's already payed.
8. I really wanted to watch all the content specially from gnt, but the app crashes all the time, if you download the episodes it works but still crashes sometimes.
9. The online atendimento does not work either, it keeps spinning.Literally the worst play-on-demand app currently available.
10. When I use the app on my cellphone, it plays for a while then it dumps the show saying that the content is not available for viewing (I restart the show and then it runs for a while before dumping it again).
11. How can you launch an app in a foreign country without even offering subtitles in the countrie's language?? Thanks but no thanks.

We have been watching Porto dos Milagres (101 capitulos) and all of the sudden we started getting the message that we are not members anymore even though our membership is correct.
Instead of showing "assista" it is showing "continue"
Let me know what I can do to continue watching the novela.

Watching Verdades Secretas and on a few of the episodes the video freezes and then it will start and then it will freeze. Audio continues, but then it jumps back and so forth - just messed up. The last 25 minutes of the very last episode of the series does this so we can't even see the ending to the show. I've tried it on different computers, on my IPAD, so since it happens on all of them, it appears to be the site or app's problem. Please help.
