Gigwalk Customer Insights

1. I tried four different ones!I've used the app for a couple of months now and in my experience they tend to wait until close to their deadline to pay for your gig (14 days) and then send it back to you for some minor infraction causing you to either go back to the location for additional pics/info or forfeit the gig.

2. Unistall, reinstall, still can't even open any gigs to apply no matter the number of taps and no matter which gig.

3. I've had to forfeit pay on several gigs because they only give you 24-48 hours (assigned randomly?) to complete and submit again and sometimes I have a life.

4. When the app updated, I seen I lost a few of the gigs I did and still have the photos for, reported it to them, but was ignored.

5. It was very sluggish before, but now it does not even work! They updated it twice more yesterday and its still broken! They really should hire professionals to do the job! There is no way to select a gig! The company will go out of business if this is how they run it.

6. And it seems like they're too busy telling people with similar issues that their in a small percentage instead of fixing it.Its a legit app and it pays relatively quickly.

7. I would not recommend doing jobs far from your home location in case they make you return to get additional photos which has happened many a time.

8. They are the only gig app that had issues with my pictures and would sometimes deny tasks for blurry photos, when they were never, ever blurry with any other apps.

9. After allowing it to have my location because it simply wouldn't work without that (mind you, just checking it out, not looking to keep it yet), I elected to not give permission to my media, pictures, etc.

10. It just has the loading progress bar at the top of the mapscreen.I downloaded this simply to check it out, see if it charged to sign up for gigs, etc.

11. i understand for new people but i have been using gigwalk for years, the old app was basically immediate when i submitted request.I liked this app for completing tasks once and awhile, and used it for over a year.
