1. It would be nice to have updates on it.New version 12 (!!!!) taps to analyse and get to the ingredient list! Old: 4! Confusing layout, scrolling, tapping for no info! Add a "basic" layout like the old app had, this is very bad! Edit to answer: text analysis! Btw all 3 modes are extra and require way more taps to get to the list.The new version is worse, first version was very easy to use.

2. I would love to have something like this for hair care as well!Hands down an amazing app for all skincare journeys! I can't spend $200 on skin care and this app makes it easy to find amazing products for a full skin routine for under $90.

4. However I think there is a lot of room to grow, more preferences and options required (ex: show items for sale in certain stores), less sensitivity to criteria and results or like, categorized results, more products to be added and to fix the camera issues.

1. Fix Skin Bliss Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Skin Bliss: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Skin Bliss App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Skin Bliss" » Open Skin Bliss: Skincare Routines » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Skin Bliss » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Skin Bliss: Skincare Routines app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Skin Bliss servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Skin Bliss: Skincare Routines" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Skin Bliss app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Skin Bliss might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Skin Bliss. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Skin Bliss then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Skin Bliss not working

2. Fix Skin Bliss Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Skin Bliss be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Skin Bliss not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Skin Bliss may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
