3. If you don't wish to follow the recommended layering order, you can choose to re-order the products to fully customize your routine by selecting the option from the top right menu (with 3 dots) of the Routine section.

4. The app comes pre-loaded with DECIEM (The Ordinary, NIOD, Hylamide & Fountain) products but you can add any skin treatments from any brand including Drunk Elephant, Pixi Beauty, Paula's Choice, The Inkey List and any of your favorite brands!

5. You can add custom skincare products from other brands by selecting the option in the top-right menu in the Routine section or from the Custom tab in the Products section.

6. Any time you notice your skin is looking particularly good or bad, you can make a note of it by pressing on the face icon next to the morning or evening routine.

7. When we recommend not using a product due to conflicts with other products or because you've reached the usage limit, you can choose to ignore the warning and use it anyway.

8. You can add photos of your skin to your diary tracker and also add photos of custom products.

1. You do need to imput certain brands manually, which at first I found annoying, but now I prefer the feeling for complete control haha! Would recommend! Helps me make decisions on what products to purchase based off it's interaction against other products in use (it looks at the ingredient list), supee helpful since ai have crazy, reactive and sensitive skin.Love that it has the Diary to track your skin progress, it's very easy to add/remove products from your routine, and I appreciate the tips/warnings on combining certain products.

2. There should be a feature to suggest good routines that help you maximize your products while avoiding conflicts.I really really like this app so far, definitely what I was looking for! Included product database is nice and adding your own custom products is as stated in other reviews.

1. Fix Skincare Routine Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Skincare Routine: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Skincare Routine App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Skincare Routine" » Open Skincare Routine » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Skincare Routine » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Skincare Routine app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Skincare Routine servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Skincare Routine" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Skincare Routine app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Skincare Routine might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Skincare Routine. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Skincare Routine then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Skincare Routine not working

2. Fix Skincare Routine Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Skincare Routine be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Skincare Routine not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Skincare Routine may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
