Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Geo2GPS Issues
1. Fix Geo2GPS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Geo2GPS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Geo2GPS App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Geo2GPS" » Open Geo2GPS » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Geo2GPS » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Geo2GPS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Geo2GPS servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Geo2GPS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Geo2GPS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Geo2GPS might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Geo2GPS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Geo2GPS then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Geo2GPS not working
