1. (I also had glitches while installed.)I have installed and un installed this app several times there is a glitch with my phone i guess but the broadcast is like the old show "Max Headroom" the video keeps jumping and the audio stutters just like Max!For the most part, WUSA9 app has been good.

2. Always have been my favorite news station, I will miss Bruce Johnson as well, he did indeed earn his retirement.I love your app, but I can't read anything or get the weather forecast as it keeps crashing.

3. There are times that it is slow to load, shows too long of an annoying commerical, or simply won't display the clip I want to see.before the most recent update, i could find information in an organized fashion.

4. Once you fix this issue I will install it again.I find tge app locks and freezes upom trying to advance scanning news items.

5. You must watch a brief (15s) ad before the video content will play.

1. Restart WUSA9 News: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WUSA9 News App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WUSA9 News" » Open WUSA9 News » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WUSA9 News » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WUSA9 News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WUSA9 News servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WUSA9 News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WUSA9 News app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WUSA9 News might not work.
