1. It seems like the news stories are filtered so I can only view certain stories, so I hesitate to set my preferences, in case more stories are filtered out.What I don't like/am frustrated with is when an alert is given if you click on the icon it takes you to the home news page and the weather alerts are not there.

2. the video section looks nice, but I don't open my news app to watch videos, I have a tv for that which doesn't consume my data.The 'upgraded' app is way worse than the previous version...the ads are ridiculous, and the entire app is difficult to navigate.

3. Bad form Kare11!!!I enjoy being able to pick the stories I want to hear about instead of watching the entire news cast.

4. You have to watch the ad before getting sound on the news video.

5. Time to go back to the drawing board.While the old app had its problems, the slowness of this loading and having to sit at their top splash screen just to get a weather update is just horrible for having taken the old version away.

6. If I am interested enough then I have to manually open the app and try to find the story.Absolute garbage, it's been crashing for 6 months and the developer won't fix it so it's unusable.

11. This used to be a great app for MN news and about 6 months ago it was constantly crashing and I got rid of it.

1. Fix KARE 11 News Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KARE 11 News: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KARE 11 News App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KARE 11 News" » Open KARE 11 News » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KARE 11 News » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KARE 11 News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KARE 11 News servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KARE 11 News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KARE 11 News app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KARE 11 News might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KARE 11 News. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KARE 11 News then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KARE 11 News not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KARE 11 News be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KARE 11 News not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KARE 11 News may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
