As of recently I hate having to heavily rely on this as the main communication my work uses, when sending messages it often freezes and the app crashes, meaning I have to either pre-type what I want to say in a text message and then copy and paste in sling messages or I have to re-type sometimes several times.

2. It's fine for employees - they can see their schedule and send and receive messages without revealing everyone's personal phone numbers.

3. Our employees rely heavily on these, and it's a pretty epic fail every time these are reset without notificationI've had it for 4 years because my job uses the app and I don't think it's been updated in that time.

4. We have had MANY instances where Sling stops working without notice, or it will reset everyone's settings or notifications randomly after updates.

1. Fix Sling Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sling: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sling App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sling" » Open Sling: Employee Scheduling App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sling » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sling: Employee Scheduling App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sling servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sling: Employee Scheduling App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sling app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sling might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sling. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sling then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sling not working

2. Fix Sling Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sling be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sling not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sling may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
