1. Like other people have said, there is a blue "open" button between the picture of the code and the address, that looks like it will open up the link you scanned.
2. I was given options on what I wanted to do (open the weblink, share the link or what-have-you) and when I touched the "open link" button, I was quickly moved to the exact correct target for that link.
3. When showing the "Open" button, it is entirely too easy to confuse with a button that would open the link decoded from the barcode.
4. Worked great!! Love it.This app absolutely exceeded my expectations! I thought it was going to be a pain like most other scanners that I've used, but this one is amazingly fast! It even scans the QR code instantly, practically before you can even get your camera in focus, and sends you to a consistently accurate address! I've tested it repeatedly.
5. Choose a different app.DO NOT USE THIS SCANNER!- This is connected to scamming companies! I used it to reactivate a PBS account on Roku and when I clicked a link on my phone it took me to something that was not PBS (I didn't realize that).
6. This arrangement implies that the Open button is pressed to see search results, but it opens the ad.I needed to test barcodes printed on an older HP Envy printer at home.
7. I downloaded this QR scanner to scan a qr code on the side of the router I got them clicked on an ad thinking it was the link to start my intertet up.
8. I input the card info for the "free" account, which was kind of weird looking back, but next thing I know my bank sends me a text saying they blocked a transaction of $39.99 immediately after I tried creating the "free" account.
9. Instead, an ad comes next (no criticism of the advertisement, dev has to be paid for their work) with an Open button.
10. I especially liked that it wasn't trying to find the barcodes on the Internet automatically, thought there are options to search for or share the text.
11. Ads are on the bottom of the screen and don't adversely affect your ability to scan barcodes, and look at information on the internet about the item scanned.
I made a mistake to hit the subscription last night so now they charged my credit card $7.55. I cancelled subscription and deleted this QR& Barcode immediately last night after I saw my credit card was being charged. I had no use for this app at all. Can you please give me the refund of $7.55 back to my original credit card. Thank so much
I downloaded the FREE QR & Barcode Scanner today and then found out after 5 days you were going to charge me. That is misleading. I uninstalled it from my phone and am canceling the app. DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD!
