1. Disabling them is an entirely separate purchase -_-I bought the all in one package to remove adds and unlock all the different exploration sites and it changed nothing!!! I spent over $6 and got nothing!!! That'll be the last time I spend money on an app!!!Is there ever gonna be a free pack that's limited where you can see everything with no adds but once you get it you can only have it for a few days and then you go back to normal please add thisCool game, but could you add the ability to explore other galaxies than just milky way? Also it would be even better if you added space objects to other galaxies too.Redownloaded the App and was using the stars and planets app... I really appreciate how you pushed the development of your Astronomical apps into further limits.. I know that adding more graphics pack like in Space engine PC was very near impossible like random star generators on ot...

2. Can't seem to find an app, site, or program that has features like quick zooming to known planets, galaxies, moons, and bodies like comets and blackholes.

3. We were pleased by the explanations of the photo's make-up (visual image, enhanced infra-red, etc.). This is one I may actually pay for, even if the additional content isn't very large (haven't checked yet) out of appreciation for the work as-is.

4. I would love to see updates to some of the descriptions and the ability to zoom the pictures in the info section of the chosen 'object'.

5. My critique shouldn't degrade this , because mainly it's a step further up, in the big G &its doubleed A.. 5/5🤘🏼for quite, quick response 😉) options 1.

6. I go to zoom in and instead it highlights something I didnt want to click on and that highlight is there forever, blocking anything else I want to look at.

7. Or I tap a region just to see the name and instead it zooms in or out to a completely different map view and wont let me just go back.

1. Fix Galaxy Map Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Galaxy Map: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Galaxy Map App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Galaxy Map" » Open Galaxy Map » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Galaxy Map » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Galaxy Map app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Galaxy Map servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Galaxy Map" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Galaxy Map app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Galaxy Map might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Galaxy Map. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Galaxy Map then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Galaxy Map not working

2. Fix Galaxy Map Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Galaxy Map be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Galaxy Map not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Galaxy Map may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
