1. + can you please add presets, so I can save my favourite colors to easely access, available in other apps, and here... Hope you read this and improve product I paid forThis app may have viruses and malware in it !!!! Download claims it only downloads 9.63 mb, but in actuality it downloads 63 mb ! THE APP DIDN'T WORK ! SO I UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED IT, AND IT STILL DIDN'T WORK ! The second time I uninstalled it there was only 34 MB to uninstall instead of the 63 MB that got installed the first time, which basically means (IT LEFT 29 MB OF SOMETHING ON MY CELL PHONE THAT I CAN'T UNINSTALL) !!!!! "PLAY STORE" YOU NEED TO RETEST THIS APP FOR VIRUSES/MALWARE!works very well.

2. Too bad that the miboxer wificontroller has no webinterface anymore, so i can not use my RBP to use other software.. It's hard to get, because the light quality of milight is better then philips hue, its just the app that lacks features..Not intuitive at all, registration needed which is something I do not like, widget for fast turn on/off is missing, group can not be deleted (at least I have not figured out how to do it), zero effort to make the app user friendly.

Like turn on various lights within seconds of each other to give off a cool gradual look.I like this app but it needs a few more thing like: it would be good if you could set the color code and the intensity even when you set the lights to turn on and it would be great if you could see what zone is on.

4. Now it is pain in the ass.Can you fix lags? everytime I try to use the app, every sigle time I have to restart the app for it to work, most of the time it lags and does no work untill I restart it... I have bought this device hoping it works properly, I believe it is not so hard to deliver.

5. I feel its a simple "code" issue (leave interface accessible, store on control device, send update at turn on).

6. How can I control the lights offline? My phone has BLE and IR.The app works great, i just miss a LOT of functionallity wich should be not hard to integrate.

7. One of the poorest light control app I've seen.This app needs to be able to work offline to be useful.

8. The preprogrammed modes are mostly awful - who wants notorious flashing green/white/red lights (mode green forest/starlight night/first love)?! I don't want to torture my visitors.

9. I would love to be able to get the documentation for the web api used to control the lights, this way I could make (and maybe also publish) my own app.

10. Also do not close device settings (color, intensity...) when device is off, that would allow for setting color etc prior to turning it on.

1. Fix MiBoxer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MiBoxer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MiBoxer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MiBoxer" » Open MiBoxer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MiBoxer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MiBoxer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MiBoxer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MiBoxer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MiBoxer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MiBoxer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MiBoxer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MiBoxer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MiBoxer not working

2. Fix MiBoxer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MiBoxer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MiBoxer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MiBoxer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
