Why should I report an Issue with Learn French - 11,000 Words?

Not sure why this is not as much lauded in the press as the useless Duolingo c.s.possibly good?? but it doesn't give enough to try before buying to see if you should actual but instead it gives "free" trial for next level but says it needs access to my contacts!?? can't anyone do something without trying to access my personal info and trying to sell my data !??I would love to find a legit app to improve my French while on the goGood app but there's a bug.

2. I do the French Wordle but since it's not based on vocabulary we've learned, it's not useful as a learning tool.I really like this app and think it is a great way to learn vocabulary.

4. One of the great things about this app is that you can unlock the rest of the courses by simply learning and reviewing words.

5. In my opinion, learning phrases/sentences seems counter-intuitive to learning a language when it doesn't teach you how to form the sentence or what each individual word means in the sentence/phrase.

11. 99% of questions work well, but sometimes the app gives you the words that don't much and the hint button doesn't work.

1. Fix Learn French Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Learn French: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Learn French App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Learn French" » Open Learn French - 11,000 Words » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Learn French » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Learn French - 11,000 Words app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Learn French servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Learn French - 11,000 Words" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Learn French app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Learn French might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Learn French. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Learn French then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Learn French not working

2. Fix Learn French Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Learn French be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Learn French not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Learn French may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
