1. New: finally can sync after latest May 2021 update and android 11In the beginning the app worked great, lately it started recording erronnious measurements and dates and time I didn't use it for example it was about 10:30 a.m. there was a measure listed as 11:00 p.m. I've contacted customer service but no response.Full of Bloatware in MY FILES, Pictures of pills (medicine), Vegetables (food), and questions that have nothing to do with the taking, sending to your computer and storing your BLOOD PRESSURE READINGS! Very unstable readings in the application and my BP device itself! Using ONLY because my Doctor wants to monitor my BP.This is one of the Very Best BP readings i've ever come a cross.

2. FORA P30 Plus BT - Device is great, but cant sync to app? In home tab keep asking me turn on Bluetooth while device had connected and paired.

3. The ability to delete measurements is also required i.e. is somehow else is also using the same BP monitor.It works very good for record keeping and statistics.

4. No data sync at the end, think this app designed for Diamond Cuff BP model only but not FORA P30 Plus BT even the box refer me download this app.

5. Android 10 with Bluetooth 5.0 can't pair, but another old phobe Android 6.01 Bluetooth 4.1 can pair.

6. Thiamin screen foes not appear.Inconsistent, won't connect without deleting device and restarting.

7. You can download but It does not pair on Android.

8. I'm using Android, Please update.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix iFORA BP Issues

1. Fix iFORA BP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart iFORA BP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the iFORA BP App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iFORA BP" » Open iFORA BP » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iFORA BP » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear iFORA BP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iFORA BP servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iFORA BP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check iFORA BP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iFORA BP might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall iFORA BP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iFORA BP then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iFORA BP not working


2. Fix iFORA BP Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iFORA BP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iFORA BP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iFORA BP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
