1. Very frustrating when I'm trying to just order a quick dinner whole trying to balance kids and work, it's the last thing I need to burn so much time and not accomplish something.New app, or website, or whatever, is terrible.
2. Marco's, if you're trying to frustrate your customers, you're succeeding.I give up! You lost a long-time, regular customer - switched to Papa Johns! Their app and website is stellar! I've been a customer for many years ordering take-out a couple times a week.
3. Every time you go to the main screen it forces you to login again and loses any details about the order you had been crafting, don't press the back button on your phone! From there the experience somehow manages to go downhill.Absolutely horrendous.
4. The new app glitches when trying to track orders, doesn't remember user info, menu items disappeared, and is just all around terrible.
5. It signs you out constantly, the overall aesthetics are terrible, coupon codes don't work right, its hard to find certain items or menu items are missing.
6. According to email, you just need to ask for a password reset and your account and loyalty points will transfer your account over.
7. The other big issue is there's no way to provide feedback to corporate as you must log in and select a location and then it wants your order information, and of course, it then fails.
8. I also didn't have to enter my address or login multiple times just to place and order.
9. I'm sorry, but they need to ax whoever built this and manages their account service and get someone who will do it right.Their app was great.
10. I could open the app, place an order, use coupons or not then the pizza was ready when I arrived.
11. I have uninstalled the app and deleted my account and reinstalled fresh but can't seem to get this to work.
