1. They do give you quite a few free items when you first sign up with the potential to earn more quite frequently-if you remember to have the clerk scan your barcode every time.

2. There also needs to be an option to scan a receipt in later to get points, or type a phone number in at the register.It was previously one of my favorite apps and I actually altered my commute a few months ago to pass by an ampm because I started going there so much.

3. I loved using this app, but several months ago it updated, and I haven't been able to sign in since, and even when I do sign in, I get a page that's a solid color, with my email at the top, but nothing else.

4. Why do we keep fixing things that aren't broken? Things were fine, for a very short while, and then it started taking upwards of 10 tries at the register to get a prize to scan properly.

11. They send you a "Verification" e-mail, then once you verify, they send "Verification" codes, and no matter what you select for a password, it keeps looping back to change your password.

1. Fix ampm Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ampm: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ampm App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ampm" » Open ampm » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ampm » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ampm app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ampm servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ampm" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ampm app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ampm might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ampm. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ampm then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ampm not working

2. Fix ampm Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ampm be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ampm not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ampm may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
