1. Any chance this could be available again for non-professionals? I like to read about medical cases (yes I know about privacy and the rules)...I really like that it's looks like Instagram but for med and has a lot of info ,but seriously!! Why there is not translate to another language! I can't understand all the med phases, and there is not "copy" choice, I mean to copy the post and translate it,I'm so disappointed 🙁Was the best app now they're requiring way to much for me to learn and prep myself for med school.

2. I'm obviously not getting the best out of it, but actually, I'm not getting anything out of it....The new app update is awful! I don't want tailored results, I want to see everything! And where the heck did all my saved cases go? I've been using this app for years, sharing interesting pics with my colleagues.

1. Fix Figure 1 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Figure 1: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Figure 1 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Figure 1" » Open Figure 1 - Medical Images » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Figure 1 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Figure 1 - Medical Images app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Figure 1 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Figure 1 - Medical Images" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Figure 1 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Figure 1 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Figure 1. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Figure 1 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Figure 1 not working

2. Fix Figure 1 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Figure 1 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Figure 1 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Figure 1 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
