I like their miles program , it adds up and it really helps and that they take less commission from their drivers than Ride (I was told by a driver) so drivers are happier since they get a little more moneyThe app has become garbage after the update, it is extremely slow and unresponsive, plus what is the point or rating a driver if the user can't see the rating of the driver they are gettingI always have a hard time pinning a different pick up location when I want to call Feres for someoneelse.

Otherwise it is a good transport company, thanks for the bonuses that makes you stand out from the many out there.The app is very good and simple it doesn't take phone space, what really keeps annoying is that the drivers reject relatively longer trips(at any time), I've noticed that drivers are looking for very short trips in order to benefit from the initial (50 birr fare), please this is very annoying either do a price change on longer trips or do somethingThe app wasn't working when I needed it the most.

3. 1 star for the appGreat app it uses the nearest driver to you unlike Ride which uses a sequence and order of call but one flaw is you can't enter pick up address manually when you wanna order to another person from a different location or drag the map to do it(Ride does).

4. Please try to fix it! Then you'll have your Five⭐.Since the new update the feres app has been so slow and it even gets stuck, you can't change the location to pick someone in a different location, previously you could see on the app the driver/car it was contacting and that made it easy to see the location of your drive.

5. Let's be honest here! 😊 I love this app mostly for the 5% bonus! 🤗 Kidding...! The app was good without its lagging problem specially on finding location and connecting nearby drivers.

Fix it and I'll give you 5 stars.I will give it the 5 stsrs it deserves once 2 issues are taken care of... 1st previous destinations are no longer saved and 2nd previously, you could see the position of the cars on the map while they were proposed the trip... now you don't have a clue if there are cars around you being proposed your trip... I prefer this company much more than ride.

7. your app is always been buggy (unable to detect passengers location and it blocks ordering rides, unable to withdraw miles...) , but now it's completely garbage.

8. I've actually un-installed ride on my phone!Just got this prompt "Your internet is disabled you must enable it" your customer "MUST NOT" do anything.

1. Fix Feres Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Feres: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Feres App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Feres" » Open Feres » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Feres » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Feres app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Feres servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Feres" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Feres app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Feres might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Feres. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Feres then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Feres not working

2. Fix Feres Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Feres be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Feres not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Feres may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
