1. I'm not sure if it's a glitch in the program intentional.days no internet access and I uninstalled and reinstalled Wi-Fi is fine.The logic behind the app is out of hope that people will remember the descriptions and depictions of those wanted; which is good.

2. I propose making it possible for us to search for profiles based on descriptions, ex: caucasian, male, 5' 8", (ocular shape), (jaw shape), (forehead shape), (nose shape)... And to have all the face shapes selectable by pictograms.

3. If your ability to show up on my door-step is anything like the app, then I know I have a few years to prepare for your arrival.Doesn't allow me to sort the cases by nearest to my location.

4. Shame.It is sad to see all the open cases and people that's wanted every where.

1. Fix FBI Wanted Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FBI Wanted: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FBI Wanted App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FBI Wanted" » Open FBI Wanted » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FBI Wanted » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FBI Wanted app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FBI Wanted servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FBI Wanted" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FBI Wanted app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FBI Wanted might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FBI Wanted. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FBI Wanted then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FBI Wanted not working

2. Fix FBI Wanted Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FBI Wanted be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FBI Wanted not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FBI Wanted may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
