Giving 5 stars because this app perfectly worked before this error and I hope it will get fixed soon.Black hole can download videos but sometimes it has glitches when I try to download a video which I already downloaded, And then sometimes out of the blue it says "NUL 405" Literally for no reason and it fails to download the video which can be annoying as hell.Please fix the app because sometimes it randomly malfunctions downloading videos.You CAN'T even download anything on this app! I pick the black hole and it sends me to my gallery where I pick a file confusingly and it does nothing.

I'm so happy after the first time I used it, at first I thought it's not working or its keep on stopping but its actually doing its job which is to download youtube videos directly to your phone, that's why I rate this a 5 star:)It is decent but sometimes whenever during times I do it multiple times I get an error message like "error message occured f" something like that and I have to keep install and uninstalling which is kinda annoying.

3. It always says (Eroro) or do not upload the video, and I do not think that I will need it again.This app works really good! But the reason I gave 4 stars is whenever I copy a link and go to the app trying to download it.

4. I prefer this all to download any video but there is a problem that I am not able to download any video now because of a unknown error.

5. I have tried to contact the developer on this recent app failure and I'm not getting any response.The application was amazing and it was one of the best applications ever, but the application is now very, very bad and does not download videos.

6. I have been having trouble with downloading a video, it keeps saying "An error occurred please try again later" I have been trying for the last 2 days.

7. The problem is that I'm having a issue/bug right now, is that when anytime I try to download another video it say's "download failed".

8. I thought I could copy an URL from YouTube and download the video from it through BlackHole.

9. The bugs are still there, but it's better.This is a good app! It really helps by downloading videos from anywhere by just copying their links! We can even watch the downloaded video's when we don't even have wi-fi.

10. It says error and takes me to the gallery sometimes and also it lags so much that I can't even try to download tho, whoever the creator of this app is.

11. I would give it 5 stars if I dont get the same error.I have re installed the app in the hope it will work and thankfully it serms to be working correct, but i lost my subscription and no got adds again.

1. Fix BlackHole Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BlackHole: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BlackHole App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BlackHole" » Open BlackHole » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BlackHole » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BlackHole app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BlackHole servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BlackHole" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BlackHole app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BlackHole might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BlackHole. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BlackHole then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BlackHole not working

2. Fix BlackHole Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BlackHole be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BlackHole not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BlackHole may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
