FanFood App Customer Insights

1. Will always use FanFood in the future.The app works, however if you exit the app at all while tracking your order, it doesnt allow you to see the progress of your food.

2. The interface is pretty, though.Terrible! Tried to use this at a drive-in theatre to order food while social distancing.

3. Had my order submitted in seconds and food and drinks in hand few minutes after.

4. If they get your order 100% correct, no problem but I'm not impressed.Wasn't better than the line for me.

5. NO ONE there was able to successfully order food.

6. My drive-in started using this when they opened for the season, and after some tweaks and trials, it has worked perfectly ever since! The only trouble I've ever had is getting service out there, which isn't the apps fault.

7. You also have to choose to tip at the time of your order, not after service is delivered.

8. The selected venue was closed, so it shouldn't have taken the order, but it did.

9. I love that I don't have to go into the hot concession stand, wait in line, wait for my food, THEN go back to my car and relax.

10. I shared this feedback within the app about our order and never received any acknowledgement.

11. A bit pricey for a single lunch order.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FanFood App Issues

1. Fix FanFood App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FanFood App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FanFood App App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FanFood App" » Open FanFood App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FanFood App » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FanFood App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FanFood App servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FanFood App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FanFood App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FanFood App might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FanFood App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FanFood App then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FanFood App not working


2. Fix FanFood App Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FanFood App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FanFood App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FanFood App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
