1. Would have loved to try it with the Sparrow X2 but the machine isn't available until September 2021.Must have app if you are going to use your machine for embroidery.

3. How do you create designs? Is it free to create designs? It seems like a good idea but needs more.

4. I asked Customer service about this problem and was told there are lots of brands and it's impossible to list all of them.

5. I downloaded this to try before buying the embroidery machine.

6. Only 2 fonts? How do you add more? The included designs are unusual and fewer than most machines.

7. Every single thing I've tried to do for 3 weeks now is hours of exhaustion.

8. What frustrates me now is you can't choose what brand of thread you are using.

1. Fix EverSewn Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EverSewn Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EverSewn Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EverSewn Pro" » Open EverSewn Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EverSewn Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EverSewn Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EverSewn Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EverSewn Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EverSewn Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EverSewn Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EverSewn Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EverSewn Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EverSewn Pro not working

2. Fix EverSewn Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EverSewn Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EverSewn Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EverSewn Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
