1. Two separate programs? It's a frustrating process that will involve you contacting the agency because you can't log in to renew creds. This app claims to allow the user to consolidate all licenses and certificates but this isn't really possible.
2. Dumbfounded.I like having my license info readily available.installed successfully, logged in successfully, submitted my license successfully, and then was unable to submit my DEA number because it was set for Alabama and refused to let me select any other state.
3. I like having the wallet so if human resource says Hay you are not up to date with your bls, acls, or pals I can pull up my app and show them I am good!!The most frustrating part of my hiring process.
4. I do not want to have to download an app to my personal phone for work purposes, especially if I can't actually use the app without my employers input.
5. I really would love to be able to enter the card number and have it work right away, which is why I took a star away.
6. I emailed the support desk which wouldn't give me a reply for 1-2 days, I called the support hotline, which was voice automated and directed me back to the email option.
7. Also, I had to download the app to my phone to make it usable since the website has yet to work for me.
8. Thanks you so much. After downloading, I could not get the app to open my phone said it has a bugThis is one of the worst apps I have ever used and, unfortunately, I am forced to use it by two of my employers.
9. Customer service is terrible. When you very livelihood depends on the system staying on point it is so important for the Company to keep improving the product.
10. The user can only update or upload if a current employer allows, thus making this app the employer's and not the user's.
11. The feature to upload documents myself was never available or an option.
