1. Two separate programs? It's a frustrating process that will involve you contacting the agency because you can't log in to renew creds.This app claims to allow the user to consolidate all licenses and certificates but this isn't really possible.

2. Dumbfounded.I like having my license info readily available.installed successfully, logged in successfully, submitted my license successfully, and then was unable to submit my DEA number because it was set for Alabama and refused to let me select any other state.

3. I like having the wallet so if human resource says Hay you are not up to date with your bls,acls, or pals I can pull up my app and show them I am good!!The most frustrating part of my hiring process.

4. I do not want to have to download an app to my personal phone for work purposes, especially if I can't actually use the app without my employers input.

5. I really would love to be able to enter the card number and have it work right away, which is why I took a star away.

1. Fix EverCheck Wallet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EverCheck Wallet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EverCheck Wallet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EverCheck Wallet" » Open EverCheck Wallet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EverCheck Wallet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EverCheck Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EverCheck Wallet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EverCheck Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EverCheck Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EverCheck Wallet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EverCheck Wallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EverCheck Wallet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EverCheck Wallet not working

2. Fix EverCheck Wallet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EverCheck Wallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EverCheck Wallet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EverCheck Wallet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
