EQ Smart-Level Customer Insights

1. At first the screen was flashing, but the soon I turned on Location it connected and it worked like a charm.. It does tell you that need both Bluetooth and Location for it to work in the requirements.

2. Easy to position blocks under the feet and adjust as necessary without having to make repeat trips back into the cab to work the controls.Worked fine last summer but now the App screen just flashes and won't let me slide the arrow to connect.

3. A flashing screen doesn't really help anyone.. So try to turn location on as well if your screen does flashes...Worked perfectly for me since the first try.

4. It will connect now, but can't get passed the create pin screen.Does not work.

5. Simply a useless appApp doesn't work, just loads to blank screen.

6. When you go through the setup process, it will tell you to hold down the two up arrows, until you hear a beep (3 secs), then continue to hold until you hear a second beep (10 secs).

7. Impressive.Does not work looks like it's working and won't be interrupted.... Looks like they made a new update but it still isn't working properly.

8. Hold the two up arrows until you hear the first beep and then let the buttons go.

9. Slides down, tells me to hold left and right buttons for 3 sec and wait for Beep.

10. App need to be updated.1.10.9 doesn't work either.

11. This does not work.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix EQ Smart-Level Issues

1. Fix EQ Smart-Level Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart EQ Smart-Level: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the EQ Smart-Level App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EQ Smart-Level" » Open EQ Smart-Level » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EQ Smart-Level » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear EQ Smart-Level app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EQ Smart-Level servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EQ Smart-Level" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check EQ Smart-Level app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EQ Smart-Level might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall EQ Smart-Level. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EQ Smart-Level then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EQ Smart-Level not working


2. Fix EQ Smart-Level Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EQ Smart-Level be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EQ Smart-Level not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EQ Smart-Level may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
