1. It keeps saying there is a new version and you must update but it's already up to date.Never seems to work correctly Updated 4/2022 Recent update appears to be working finally! Let's see how long this lasts update-> 03/03/2023 its broken again .

2. I'll uninstall and reinstall the app and it'll work maybe once then go back to syncing and I can't get in again.As of the latest update (19.7.29) I am constantly getting a pop up in the application stating that I am using an obsolete version and it needs to be updated.

3. This application consistently has new issues time and time again on the Android platform.No notifications.. this app is worthless if I don't know that the triage nurses are trying to get in touch with me.

4. When you click on "Log In" at the bottom right of the screen, a page pops up with 3 options in how to log on: (1) "athenaNet", (2) "Single Sign On" for those with an organization account, and (3) "athenaText" for those who signed up on the mobile app.

5. Looking over other reviews, it is obviously not just my phone.Since update can not access.

1. Fix athenaText Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart athenaText: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the athenaText App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "athenaText" » Open athenaText » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for athenaText » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear athenaText app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from athenaText servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "athenaText" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check athenaText app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, athenaText might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall athenaText. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall athenaText then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing athenaText not working

2. Fix athenaText Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make athenaText be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to athenaText not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, athenaText may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
