1. When will an update finally fix this glitch/bug?The app is great the majority of the time, but I've noticed it does frequently glitch, or try to "reboot" itself while I'm ordering and I lose my progress and have to start over! Also, it will crash and not work at all, so I can't use my offers or rewards, or even place an online order! I have a new phone, unlimited 5g service, and I keep my apps on auto update with plenty of storage to spare, so ly service or phone quality is def not the issue!Can you order items through the app? Sure! Can you actually access your cart and pay for those items? Nope! For some unknowable reason, there is no "shopping cart" function, or at least any way to access it.

2. Whose oversseing the app to fix the issue, whem it comes to checking out? Also when it comes to coupons, have it where it can be applied to mobile ordering, instead of having it to be use pickup or deliverable option.Error message comes up every time I try to pay for my order.

3. I've tried to use my points and order online for the past week and everytime I try to "place secure payment" it's met with an "error trouble processing payment." And it won't order my food.

4. I'm able to place the order, make my selections customized and everything is fine until I go to check out at which point the app comes up with an error message and I cannot complete the transaction and place my order.

5. You can order items, but other than telling you "x has been placed in your shopping cart", you can't do anything else.

6. Only reason why I'm rating two stars instead of one is because the points you earn after ordering are very generous.Awful. The only chicken you can buy using this worthless app is spicy.

7. Upon checking out error message, "we encountered an error creating your order.

8. I have deleted and reinstalled the app on two different occasions this has not solved the problem.It's really irritating how I can't use my earned points to get the free food that I want.

9. Also, why can't we order sauces through the app? Really buggy overall with some missing menu items.

10. This app just makes it inconvenient and makes you look for another store with a better appHorrible, I have attempted to use this app on four different occasions to no avail.

1. Fix Popeyes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Popeyes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Popeyes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Popeyes" » Open Popeyes® App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Popeyes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Popeyes® App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Popeyes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Popeyes® App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Popeyes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Popeyes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Popeyes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Popeyes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Popeyes not working

2. Fix Popeyes Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Popeyes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Popeyes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Popeyes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
