1. I did a challenge to earn a free whopper, when I ordered it, the restaurant was closed (not the first time, but it will be the last) customer service couldn't give me back the free whopper, so they gave me a coupon that would NOT cover the cost of a whopper.
2. So I'm not sure if its the app or their devices at their location that don't work right.Bottom Line: Stick to the drivethrough to avoid glitches and get food faster! Created an account, selecting a location and made my first order.
3. But the stores receipt only showed a part of my original order, so couldn't be mad at them.First, the small order fee turns into a service fee once you order the minimum, so don't bother ordering more.
4. Customer service contacted me 8hrs later saying they cannot cancel, change or modify orders but I could pickup the order anytime.
5. Also half the time when I go into order and I try to bring up my code to get my points it doesn't work so then I have to get the receipt and do everything manually.
6. Thankfully they allow the use of offers and rewards in the same order, unlike other big burger places apps, so at least you can actually use the points instead of just watching them expire constantly.
7. Then, after I put my order in the cart and was going to check out, a pop-up kept coming up about a free drink upgrade .
8. It lets you order products the selected location doesn't carry.
9. Upon completing the order, I immediately noticed it was sent to a different location many miles away and would be ready in 2hrs.
10. It lets you order when the location is closed.
11. Also lets you order pick up from the counter when the dining room is closed.
