Recently I changed of phone, my current one is a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ with Android Version 10 and now I can't do anything, I choose the university and it last long time loading, after that the photo of my university does not appear and I can't access to any of their services, even I can't log in, it's frustrating, my university is Universidad Icesi.Quick access to information.

For example it claims that i have a class starting at 2am and when the earliest class possible is from 8am and my building isn't even asscessible till 6am.it worked for me for like 3 weeks but then randomly kicked me out and I couldn't access anything i tried logging back in but i keep getting errors now from the app.

3. i really hope it gets fixed.In the past I really loved this app, I could access to contact numbers, grades, and other services offered by my university.

4. Access to classes, registration, assignments, calendars and other information is on the app.Great app, gives access to many helpful features, but is incredibly slow.

5. In order to log into my school's website I have to type in my username and password twice because once you log into the first window it brings up a second one of the same thing.

6. I have a Galaxy S8 and have 150mb/s WiFi but I still find myself closing the app and using my school's website after the app still hasn't loaded after several minutes.

7. Google checked everything out, and had me access the class via web browser.

8. This app offers nothing that my school's Portal can't do and the features that aren't offered through my school do not work.

9. It's not even worth the time do this when I can use a browser on my phone and it will log in the first try and format correctly to my phone.

1. Fix Ellucian GO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ellucian GO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ellucian GO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ellucian GO" » Open Ellucian GO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ellucian GO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ellucian GO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ellucian GO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ellucian GO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ellucian GO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ellucian GO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ellucian GO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ellucian GO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ellucian GO not working

2. Fix Ellucian GO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ellucian GO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ellucian GO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ellucian GO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
