1. There might be controls at the bottom of the screen but there's always an ad there and, when I try to close the ad, it says "Ad closed by Google" but it won't leave the screen.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Egyptian Oracle » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Egyptian Oracle app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Egyptian Oracle servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Egyptian Oracle" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Egyptian Oracle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Egyptian Oracle might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Egyptian Oracle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Egyptian Oracle then reinstall.
