Gauth Customer Insights
1. This issue was usually faced when the question was a word problem, or a long written one.It used to be great, now it is saying that I can't get some of my answers without paying for premium and when it doesn't say that I have to watch an ad to get the problem done for me.
2. For starters, everytime I try to use this app for a single math problem, it takes way too long just to get an answer and even after you receive it, the answer to the problem comes out wrong which almost cost me my grade several times.
3. Nobody has the money for that, after you use that, you can watch 1 ad to get 1 free answer, but you can only do that 10 times, and then you have no choice but to pay for it if you wanna use it again, im not sure if the 10 ads reset every day, I have yet to see, but they definitely needa bring their prices down, its unnecessary.Eh, not great from my experience.
4. absolutely rubbish app overall.App really good and works very fine (had written answer to almost all textbook questions) but in very few cases, the answer couldn't be found.
5. There are ads that you can use to skip the wait times but even they are worse since they come up with answers from bots and are unclear almost all the time.forces you to pay for premium for almost every single question.
6. I tried using Photomath and some other map app and they both just said the picture wasn't whole or they couldn't see the whole problem.
7. students (especially ones with lower class families) are unable to pay 31 a month for answers that come out wrong half the time.
8. I submitted a single problem three times and all of them were rejected because it was "not clear enough" when the picture was taken.
9. I wrote my problem carefully on paper... My suggestion is to not rely on this application for help if you're in Calculus or higher.
10. All you needed to do was scan the question and you would receive an answer.
11. I e tried to watch the ads to earn tickets but it doesn't work.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Gauth Issues
1. Fix Gauth Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Gauth: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Gauth App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gauth" » Open Gauth: AI Study Companion » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gauth » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Gauth: AI Study Companion app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gauth servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gauth: AI Study Companion" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Gauth app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gauth might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Gauth. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gauth then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gauth not working
2. Fix Gauth Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gauth be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gauth not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gauth may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Good evening,
I was charged 50 dollars for purchasing a subscription.But i used the 3 day trail and they first day i got it I used it, I canceled my 3 day trail the same day after i wad done using it. I would like to know why was i charged for it ? And I would want my money back

I purchased Gauthmath Plus for 3 months. I purchased it through google/paypal. I had to get a new phone and went from and iphone to an android. Now, it wont let me use my email to log in. I only used 34 days of my 3 months and want to get this to work. Please help. I paid for it on 6 August. I have my paypal receipt.
