1. Worth a try though, maybe your hospital will be better at updating the progress, but for me it was a waste of time.Got this app installed and tested by the provider using my phone number.
2. Patient is texting me directly instead and I am mass texting friends and family on their behalf.I downloaded the app using my phone number and code that they provided.
3. It also has a really neat feature where you can add other family members to be included in the updates, which makes everyone happy especially during COVID.No confirmation that app is working.
4. Makes you feel included every step of the way and some how is able to help put your mind at "ease" through such a nerve wracking time.If I could give zero stars, I would.
5. This is the second time I'm using this app to keep abreast of my sister's surgery.
6. So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, thinking that would make it work, and now I can't sign up because my phone number and code have already been used.
7. This app is worthless. This app is awesome! The only suggestion I have is maybe letting the people know when discharging will approximately be because my hospital relied on this app so much that they didn't call until I asked them to.
8. But, the app is only good if the hospital personnel update the progress, which the hospital did not in my experience.
9. It said that it was going to send a confirmation text, so I waited, and waited, and waited, but no text came after 30 minutes of waiting.
10. The sign in process is easy enough but once you're connected it just says "Standby for updates".
11. The timeline of events seemed unusual, but all in all this app worked as designed, and only as good as the provider.
