1. Ex: search Menage and you won't find their Moscato, or for Franzia Refreshers if you use "Franzia" you won't find it, you have to use "Refreshers" Unfortunately, the character limit doesn't allow for further feedback. When it works, sure, it's great, drivers are nice, process is quick.
2. You can email me to discuss if you want.Generally, a good service - in my area, it works out about the same as Publix, including delivery, and I don't have to carry it up the stairs (aactually, I do help on most orders).
3. Only cons I can think of are that if you lose connection while they are processing payment, the order went through but I only knew because I recieved an email confirming my order.
4. The app is generally good, but the map is often very slow to update - and in our complex, it would help me find a driver who is unfamiliar with the place! Wish the map could be zoomable / scrollable.
5. So if I already have stuff in my cart from a store and I want to add on to it, it would be nice to finish the order from that store.
6. So, you go in hoping to get your faves or something new from a good brand and then the order is packed, ready, and, boom, cancelled a minute after it's packed.
7. If I don't get a refund, I will do a charge back as that's ridiculous especially since I tipped for work the driver never did.Love the service, however, final price after all additional fees is ungodly.
8. Basically, your order needs to be nothing too specific but otherwise you can probably find what you want delivered, which is very convenient.
9. Also wish special instructions (such as how to get through the gate) could be saved for use each time.Great app and customer service is one of the best.
10. In addition, it's been difficult to order - stores telling you after the fact they do not have something in stock and your gift order is just canceled.
11. Also, you can not go back to a previous order if you forgot to rate it and do so as well as adjust the tip, I have been able to email them to.
