Why should I report an Issue with Zutobi: Permit Practice Test?

1. The pictures and the examples are helpful to but you can't even get past the first section without having to pay or start a free trial.. for people who are simply trying to learn a basic life skill that's not worth it you can get the book or do practice testing online for free..Great app, makes learning how to drive fun.

2. There are other apps that give more or less of the same performance while allowing you to progress without the wait or money.I really like the app so far, but sometimes the test doesn't match up with what I learn from the lesson.

3. If it was free or had add on options that cost money that might be a better option!The app isn't really helpful from what I've experienced.

5. Which is not an option for me (and I assume many other people!) A few months ago they had it where you could watch an ad, and it would unlock the entire test.

9. I saw this in an ad and thought it'd be cool since I'm working on getting my permit, but boy was I wrong cause I cant do anything without paying for 45 questions and then most likely not gonna use the app ever again.

1. Fix Zutobi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zutobi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zutobi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zutobi" » Open Zutobi: Permit Practice Test » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zutobi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zutobi: Permit Practice Test app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zutobi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zutobi: Permit Practice Test" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zutobi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zutobi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zutobi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zutobi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zutobi not working

2. Fix Zutobi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zutobi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zutobi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zutobi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
