Why should I report an Issue with DOUPAI - DOUPAI Face?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Big Head Brothers to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. This was so frustrating because I had to keep putting in the photos again and again! Please fix this it's really annoying, I dont know if it was my type of phone or not...but for me I would not recommend it..😞I dont like this app because you need premium to make a video..And almost all of them are Premium!This Is trash! All of the premium are cool and stuff but the free ones are ugly! Can you make the app without the premium please? I cant seem to purchase the premium pack to make a video! Unacceptable..I recommend all the peolle who is reading this install MV Master instead cause it is free to make videos!I just downloaded this app since i saw these really cool videos on tiktoks!As soon as I downloaded the game i let it access my storage.

2. Then it asked to make and manage phone calls which i denied.. Then it told me to chnage the permissions in settings because there was an error and wasted to much of my time! I would have really loved to use this app if it acctually worked.When i first downloaded it it was really fun until the wall 1 were it changes pictures as the screen move around got turned into a premium which I don't think is fair that most of them are premium.

3. Edit: Not only the previous stated problem isn't fixed but now I can't even export video, app crashes everytime I go for exporting the video Used to work as intended, even bought the paid premium.

4. Please fix or I won't subscribe for premium again....It worked well but then a few minutes ago when I got on it, I was choosing some pictures for a video and it closed out by itself.

5. 👎This isnt even one star this is no stars because evey time i try to make a video i have to watch a add but once the add is over the app shuts off and it isnt working properly and every effect is a good effect you have to pay your money on this app.

6. I was gonna create a video from the "Love" category, but to my surprise they were all premium.

7. Another thing, almost all of the templates were premium and I didn't want to pay money.

8. Don't download if you are downloading for magical photo transformation because they put it in premium.

9. When they saw their effect went viral they put it in premium.

10. I'm not the type of person to give out my phone number, I also don't want calls in the middle of the night from the creators of the app.

11. Recently, it just stopped loading photos onto app for video creation.

1. Fix DOUPAI Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DOUPAI: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DOUPAI App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DOUPAI" » Open DOUPAI - DOUPAI Face » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DOUPAI » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DOUPAI - DOUPAI Face app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DOUPAI servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DOUPAI - DOUPAI Face" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DOUPAI app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DOUPAI might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DOUPAI. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DOUPAI then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DOUPAI not working

2. Fix DOUPAI Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DOUPAI be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DOUPAI not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DOUPAI may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
