Moving on to KOMO.There is only one Complaint here on my end it does what it's supposed to do I just wish that the videos would play a lot smoother and the ads on these videos are crazy I just don't understand how the ads play perfectly fine, but the video your looking to play loads slow ... and lags, and I have the best network Xfinity and Verizon, so I'm just not understanding, maybe an update would do this app some justice, but it's not a deal breaker, for the most part I can just read the article.

2. Wish designers would stop thinking that everyone wants a naked interface with just some dots or dashes that represent nothing in relation to today's world.The app besides being unstable and broken links at times was great for keeping me up to date on news back home.

3. Due to info being different you can't play video and read at the same time it will stop and if you scroll up to continue it will play another ad again.

4. I have used it for years but am stopping and going to a different channels app that has a better design.Loved the old King5 app, this new one of minimalistic interface is lacking and not user friendly as I work twice as hard to find stuff and find sections.

5. Splash page structure is confusing and doesn't flow like others.Useless! Takes forever to open and DOES NOT HAVE TRAFFIC.

6. Videos for articles don't always match and the information in them versus the typed content is always different.

7. The weather in Snohomish county is not the same as Seattle and it would be convenient to be able to change reporting parameters to reflect that.

8. Hard to read the news since ads keep moving things around and forcing text to jump.

9. WSDOT app isn't great but is lightweight and also works as a replacement.I ready liked the older version of this app but now it is too cluttered and hard to navigate.

10. Seems they want you to install a useless maps/routing partner app because they couldn't be bothered to provide the functionality themselves though.

1. Restart KING 5 News: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KING 5 News App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KING 5 News" » Open KING 5 News for Seattle/Tacoma » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KING 5 News » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KING 5 News for Seattle/Tacoma app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KING 5 News servers.
