1. The other issue is the app give me a mini player that will just pop up every so often when I haven't launched the app that day at all (I'm on android LG V30).Great Device, App has problems, Shows that you can have multiple custom "custom pixel frames" will only allow you to utilize one at a time installed to the device, you should be able to upload 12 directly to the "custom pixel frame" channel so you can select them from the device directly, adding more than one of your own creations causes all other options to erase from the "channel selection"... even if you upload them to the server and try to select them, at this point no longer "yours" they also re-write.

2. It's a bit of a grind going to the same menu over 100 times just to add what I recently saved.The device looks great, I love having it on the random mode and see didn't animations.

I love the ability to make animations and drawings that you can project on your pixoo, tvoo, etc.Definitely needing a bit of help here and there for a few things, it has a mind of its own but honestly this was the best surprise gift for myself since I didn't anticipate it to be as so interactive .

4. 2 stars till app is fixedI used to love my Timebox but since they have changed the app the animation feature no longer works and other features have become buggy.

5. I do wish it had a draft or auto save feature because, man, is it frustrating to have to start all over again because you had to exit the app or accidently swiped yourself out of the design section.Love this app.

6. Your Channel needs the options to add gifs where you want, reorder, multi select, randomly play, and export/import.

7. My only suggest would be to add a feature that allows bulk uploading from your favorites or gallery into the custom tabs.

8. For example: I can design and display designs and animations but they can not be saved making this feature useless.

9. Please update the application, as others said, the device is AMAZING... the app has good features, needs a re-haul though.

1. Fix Divoom Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Divoom: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Divoom App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Divoom" » Open Divoom: pixel art editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Divoom » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Divoom: pixel art editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Divoom servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Divoom: pixel art editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Divoom app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Divoom might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Divoom. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Divoom then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Divoom not working

2. Fix Divoom Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Divoom be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Divoom not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Divoom may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
