1. Ads are fine, but I hate having to watch 10 minutes of them to get back where I was in the show.This app is soooooo annoying.

2. The worst one, it crashes! After only 20 or so minutes of using the app, it crashed and now it keeps crashing! SUPER annoying! Also, there's no fast forward option, like most other TV apps.

3. Part of the show starts up while the commercials are playing, then it freezes and starts another part of the show.

4. I signed in to a provider and still have to sit through commercials???This app is a bunch of TLC shows to watch on the go... not much to say there.

1. Fix TLC GO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TLC GO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TLC GO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TLC GO" » Open TLC GO - Stream Live TV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TLC GO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TLC GO - Stream Live TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TLC GO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TLC GO - Stream Live TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TLC GO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TLC GO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TLC GO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TLC GO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TLC GO not working

2. Fix TLC GO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TLC GO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TLC GO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TLC GO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
