1. AT&T has known about this issue for years but they still haven't addressed it, probably because they have a monopoly on the NFL and they face no competition to improve their apps/services.Tons of bugs, multiple screen layout wastes space, and I keep getting notifications of scores for the game I'm watching before the play happens on screen.
2. Especially considering how much it costs!!!! This just keeps getting worse and worse! Paid $100 for this stupid service and it never works!!! How ridiculous is this! The sound disappears, the app just shuts down & has to be restarted or they tell you they're working on a problem to try again later, LATER?!? THIS IS LIVE!!This app works fine when you can actually login.
3. The app will only rotate one direction for full screen, and for some reason I get an ad while waiting for content to load like I didn't pay a few hundred dollars for the privilege of trying to figure out this terrible UI.Only way I can actually use my subscription and watch my team from out of market.
4. Coverage was unavailable a few times this season already, they reimbursed me for the dropped cover but it was insignificant ($8 repaid for missing 30% of the game.) Volume randomly drops out throughout the games, you can reset but this quickly becomes very frustrating.
5. Being limited to 1 stream causes problems if you like to use different devices, because you must remember to logout of a device before you can login on another.
6. I've used Sunday Ticket for the past 4 seasons to watch my hometown games as I've moved out of state for work.
7. A clear indicator of having a monopoly on the product (NFL football) and not having any real reason to manage and improve the service.
8. Last week I wasn't able to cast to my tv until the 2nd quarter and so far today the cast option isn't available.
9. When I'm able to cast, it has multiple error issues and has to be restarted.
10. Because, who would want to be able to log out devices remotely? For a service you pay a massive amount for, I'm honestly flabbergasted at the incompetence.
11. This year's variety causes the cast option to zoom in on the TV randomly.
Even though my subscription is canceled/suspended NFL Sunday Ticket is still trying to charge me and I want a refund.
I am unable to get any answers from Direct TV and the phone number they gave me is for NFL.com. I have NFL Sunday Ticket through Direct TV. I logged in on Tuesday and think I accidentally cancelled my subscription that has been paid for. I was only trying to shut off the autopay. Can you PLEASE tell me if I did cancel the entire subscription?
This sunday ticket app didn't download to my phone and doesnt allow me to access the app. I need my money back...
