Why should I report an Issue with Lysn?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Try to open the app but it say "app not function on jailbreak/rooted/debunked" but I clearly did not perform any of above action!!! I PAID FOR THE SERVICE YET I CAN'T OPEN THE APP AT ALL!!! FIX IT!!! 🤬Sometimes my message be in sending status for a few minutes to show error in the end and I have to resend it ( my connection is fine my other text apps working fine)I can't received any notification that an artist already sent a bubble.

I'm paying almost 4euros every month but the app is full of bugs and it's annoying, I'm sure I'm not the only one having a bad experience with Bubble: I don't always receive notifications, the messages are sent in the wrong way and sometimes the messages are sent with a delay, which makes it impossible to use Bubble in the right way.

3. What's the use of the notification feature if it won't let me/users know that there's a new message?There is no real time or even no notification alert when receiving artists send messages.

4. I like to save the meaningful messages I recieve in bubble and also its helpful for korean study to be able to screenshot messages and save to look at and review later instead of trying to scroll through the chat.

5. The only time that I received a notification was when I opened the app a couple of minutes before an artist sent a message.

6. Please try to provide us with an update asap to fix all these bugs for people who are paying for a Bubble subscription.My experience with LYSN and bubble in particular has been okay so far.

7. Price wise, it is also quite expensive and same ticket can't be purchased for 2 times and it causes problem and waste of time and money to change subscription from one artist to two artist.

8. I've also had some sever problems with bubble messages recently even though my connection is stable.

9. However, I am absolutely frustrated at how I don't get notifications for new bubble messages.

10. I'm satisfied because I receive the messages at the exact time... It works.

11. Now I'm unable to save the voice messages sent by artists.

1. Fix Lysn Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lysn: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lysn App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lysn" » Open Lysn » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lysn » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lysn app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lysn servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lysn" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lysn app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lysn might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lysn. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lysn then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lysn not working

2. Fix Lysn Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lysn be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lysn not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lysn may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
