Why should I report an Issue with bubble for IST?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Dear U Co., Ltd. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I click open but it still won't openI love the app....but the fact that i cant screen shot is hurt...we pay for it...please let us keep the memories... Please dont do this...the limited chat also make me feel useless bcause we cant type long message and just limit for 3... Please let the screen shot and unlimited message for us because we pay more...i downloaded the app and bought 1 ticket.

2. Thank you for finally letting us take screenshots!I really hate the screenshot update, I used to do it to keep some things for myself, to keep some of the words they said so I can find them easily and feel motivated fast.

3. the screenshot restriction to android is absurd, most of the subscribers take them to keep it safe, not to leak, and you are doing this only to android users.

1. Fix bubble Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart bubble: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the bubble App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "bubble" » Open bubble for IST » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for bubble » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear bubble for IST app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from bubble servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "bubble for IST" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check bubble app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, bubble might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall bubble. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall bubble then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing bubble not working

2. Fix bubble Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make bubble be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to bubble not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, bubble may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
