Im really fed up after 1 week of trying 😡 Dec 10th nothing is done yet😡😡😡😡 Rostelecom is not very helpfull like other operators Megafon and MTS which i use alsodoes not work when it's neededour router stopped working for some days we called and they said they were coming they never came.
2. Why are login/PWD for Internet connection and app different? The are a lot of steps to register and log in! It is madness!Sometimes it's impossible to log in, but sometimes it's the way it should be.
3. it is really annoying when your whole work is on the internet and you have such provider.
4. Message reads - no internet connection.
5. Cheating with tariff plans, they connect random tariff with low speed and high price instead of what you choose.
6. 6 days without connection because of "road workers".
7. These days too the network speed is very slow and weak.

10. laggy lost 4 modems in 2 monthes because of the unshielded wires in their network.
11. 100% not recommended.As a new customer of Rostelecom I tried to install and use it.
