Why should I report an Issue with Camera 2?

Plus seems like i can't record that long of video with an effect before it stopsvery bad, new version is not working for me in my OPPO F5 When i applying any effecy on my already saved video, its not rendering properly and i am facing an error like (Video can't play) its Worthless update app or fix that issue, previous version was good!The UI is smooth and gorgeous! Slightly slow to save its pictures, but overall a good camera.Love the ease of use.

3. But the problem is its automatically close or i should say the app crashes when im clicking the stop button on video using front camera.

4. As an example, the TV in my office is in a corner that's out of direct lighting, and although that area looks okay on my camera screen when tapping for focus, photo turns out extremely dark.

5. I've tried many photo apps and this is one of the better ones, although not good at all in lower light conditions.

6. Why when you import a photo does it go into landscape mode? Import from gallery should be separate button on the front next to the shutter button.

1. Fix Camera 2 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Camera 2: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Camera 2 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Camera 2" » Open Camera 2 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Camera 2 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Camera 2 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Camera 2 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Camera 2" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Camera 2 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Camera 2 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Camera 2. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Camera 2 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Camera 2 not working

2. Fix Camera 2 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Camera 2 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Camera 2 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Camera 2 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
